To prevent rusting from base material, the steel is galvanized and have a Zinc mass of 180g inside and out. To ensure superior adhesion, the steel undergoes seven stages of pretreatment with Zinc-phosphate. Then, all the cuts and welds are covered by Zinc-rich epoxy primer powder. Not only that, to achieve corrosion, anti-rust and UV protection performance, polyester finish powder coating is administered to our products.
